Why not have replays decide it before the batsman is given out? Why not have
the third umpire decide anything which is controversial? If difficult catches,
saves on the boundary and run-outs can be checked by the 3rd umpire and work
perfectly well in ODIs or T-20s, why won't it work in Tests?
Umpires on the field should be there to just facilitate the match and prevent
tensions and incidents like Bhajji-Symonds and sledging of batsmen by fielders.
And there should be yellow cards and red cards which should be used by the
umpires on the field rather than a match referee.
