This is more of a miscarriage of justice - because there wasn't any
proper proof. It is the justice system that is to blame for having
wrongly convicted this guy. Or the prosecutors for being so zealous in
their wanting to 'get their guy'.

I still maintain that if a man is convincingly convicted of rape
(assuming the justics system isn't an ass and actually does the right
thing, instead of being biased and swayed by unscrupulous lawyers) he
should be hanged high.
