[nukkad] small scam

usually the scamsters talk of huge amounts of money in unused accounts
and wanting to help to take the money with your help;
or being stinking rich and wanting to share the money etc.
this fellow is not so greedy!
just a small amount. perhaps believes in volumes of turn over!
