For starters, here is a link to a research study that shows that the real
reason for Iraq war was, and the proposed Iran war, was the desire to save
Dollar. [My view--Blair acted against European interests in clandestinely as
well as openly supporting the Iraq war. A strong Euro would have meant
strong Europe].

Abstract
The American Empire depends on the U.S. dollar. The proposed Iranian Oil
Bourse
will accelerate the fall of the U.S. dollar and hence the fall of the
American Empire.
