On the contrary, its not that he is less greedy and believes in volumes of 
turnover. Its just that he is using a much smaller worm as bait. Everyone views 
a thousand trillion dollars offered to him free with suspicion. But more people 
might be willing to get that $184 refund.

But see the amount of data he wants to collect. Credit/debit card number and 
social security number!!! 

Not so greedy? :D
