It would be nice to have sources stating what research was done and how de jure 
legitimacy was provided to the deemed de facto hypothesis, in lieu of each of 
the following statements.

In plain english, please let us know what research and what acknowledged source 
has claimed that these following sentences are legitimate facts.

1. Lithotomy position is the best for delivery.

2. Baby should be weaned from breast at 4-5 months.

3. Tonsils, gall bladder, appendix, teeth can and should be removed at the
first sign of disease.

4. Caesarian section should be done if mother wants it or can be persuaded
to want it.

5. Countries should be bombed if they have WMD.

I am not holding my breath.
