Hello Rajababu,
I am replying point by point to your discussion.
1)Immaterial whether a person is religious or not, the law of Karma holds good
for everyone.
2)It is not necessary that someone must have killed you that you are born
again. There are so many reasons why one is born, we can have a seperate
discussion on our private e-mail ids, as this is not the point of discussion
here.
3)The reference of Swami Adi Shankaracharya seems to be out of place here.
Where is law of Karma and where is Maya. Kinldy refer to my point no.1
Regards,
Sandeep

1) You seem to be a religious person, right?
2) Your point noted. Since I am talking about killing somebody, it means
somebody must have killed me in my earlier life, right? So in a way, the
karmic laws are being followed.
3) I am serious. I ma not joking on pt. 2.
4) I shall relate the story of the Sankaracharya to you. (for brevity's sake
I shall refer to him as His Highness or HH). HH used to preach everytime to
his disciples that this world is a Maya and that everyting is this world is
illusory. So don't hanker after materialistic things, etc, etc. So there was
one smart alec like me sitting and waiting to trap HH. One fne day, as HH
was giving a lecture to his students, a mad elephant charged into the said
space. Everybody including HH ran for their lives. So later, when the
elephant was brought under control, the said smart alec asked HH, Sir, why
did you run? The elephant was just Maya or an illusion. It would not have
done anything to you, since it is illusory. So are you teaching us wrong
things? HH coolly replied, where did I run? If the elephant is Maya then my
running on seeing the elephant is also Maya. Right??
Best regards

Hello Everyone!
Hey, Hang on a minute. People are talking of pros and cons of abortion!
But how did everyone forget the basic law:
The law of karma?
Was it an oversight?
Do not forget:
What goes around, comes around.
In the vedas, at some place it is mentioned even the person who kills a goat
during the sacrifice chants a mantra which means something like:
I took your life in this birth, you take mine in our next one.
So what to talk of killing the human (more developed species than the
animal)rather the most developed species.
When ever we kill a child we are commiting one of the biggest sins as we are
preventing the person to reach the goal of every human being, i.e.
God Realization! So do not forget that though we may get away from the
country's law which is the federal law,we cannot get away from His law
which
is the Supreme Law!

Abort the children you dont want and keep on trying till you get the child
you
want(boy or girl) or stop after having first two children(whatever they are
girls or boys). But hell,,, keep the family small :-)

Hi,
Revolutionary! Is that the word that you are using raja babu? Its simply
gross.
You are talking about taking the fundamental rights of a living being upon
her
sex. Can you think of living without your sister, just because you think she
should have been aborted as she happen to be a girl (and they don't have any
rights)? I can't.
Sorry to say so, but I find your reasoning really foolish if nothing else.
Now
get above your archiac mentality. Are you saying, let the ppl murder the
others
as there shall be only murderers then; and as they won't find anybody else
for
it the'll quit butchering?
Then, like hell do I care about those virulent cutthroats. If the innocent
of
a
society have to die then, I don't care about the vicious. Equilibrium and
stuff
is alright, but we are humans. This type of insanity doesn't suit anybody.
