Vilas , Vishwas and others "in America"
"In America", in laundromats and car washes and in a lot more places there
are change machines. You insert a dollar bill and it gives you change. There
is no such thing here in India. So there is no need to accumulate quarters.
You can even walk in a bank and ask for a roll of quarters if you want them.
Also "in America", even if you give a $100 bill for a 99 cents purchase the
cashier will give you $99.01 in change. They will not haggle for change and
they are never short of change. This does not happen "in India"
So please do not state selective examples to support your viewpoint.

Nelson "in India"
