	Dear Members,  

	From POK people are coming and settling in J&K and nobody is
checking that policy. Now if
	anybody from any other Indian state going and settling in Kashmir
then that is against the policy. To
	reduce the militancy government has to liberalise the policy and let
more people from Punjab and
	neighbouring state to allow to settle into Kashmir to support he
miniory of the Pandits. Now pakistan support  Hurriat's are crying for the
Kashmir. To counter the militancy we have to use the pandists and allow
other miniority to settle into the J&K.  Now visiting our Prime Minister to
Pakistan is other waste of time and money. We had already spent a good
amount for shoping purpose of Pakistan leader and his wife.
