1) If your reference is to the land, This land belongs to India and we cannot cut this land from India and just give it away. 

...At the time of partition , it was decided that Muslim majority areas will go to Pakistan.Kashmir is a muslim majority state. 
The Raja wanted to remain independent but the local population supported by northern tribesman overran almost one-third of the state.The Raja developed cold feets and turned to India for help.Indian PM agreed to help him provided , he signed the instrument of secession.Then Indian army was flown to Kasmir and rest of the territiry was grabbed.Till now that status quo has been maintained.
(There was simliar case with Hyderabad, where the Nizam wanted to merge with Pakistan(sounds preposterous), however India rejected it on the reasoning that majority population is Hindu ans so should remain with India and I fully agree with it.).So why have different rules for different states.So the your argument that its Indian Land doesnot stand.

2)All the hindus were driven away from Pakistan, many slaughtered

....At the time of partition ,not only Hindus but even Muslims were brutalized and continued to be terrorized till today.

3)The extremeties committed by Kashmiri freedom lover are not justified , but you should realised that its a rection against oppression and such things do take place.

4)Now what if the other muslim dominated regions of India want to form their own nation or join Pakistan? ULFA's want their own country, Sikhs wanted their own country. Do we give it to everyone?

........No India should not agree to it. The problem of Kashmir is not quite same as those you mentioned and muslim in India would never want to have another nation.But one feel really alienated when our mosque is destroyed, people are murdered by our own police.I am not quite sure whether partition was right or wrong but that thing is done and solving the Kashmir problem will take it to its logical end.

If you ask me , whether I would like to go to Pakistan. I would say 'NO'.I am more comfortable with my Muslims,Christians and Hindu friends then to be amongst a lot who hate me for being a Muhajir.A country with heterogenous mix of popultion having different belief system is always better then a country like Pakistan.I only want our poeple to sit together and get over that problem over ,for once and for all and move on.Enough blood has been shed over it.
