By now you might be aware that I’m no great fan of Mubashir aka MN aka LF aka FK and
I have always been highly critical of his language especially the vocabulary as well
as his leanings. But that in no way gives me liberty to brand him a terrorist either
directly or in an indirect manner simply because to the best of my knowledge there
are no police cases against him and no way can I substantiate my claim anywhere.
Mere assumptions don’t make good evidence.  I believe the same is applicable to you
as well. 

Don’t construe this to be my support for his actions. The aspect of my concern is
the fact that MN aka Mubashir can easily use your posting in a court of law and sue
you for defamation. In such an event the list also will be somehow dragged into a
dreary legal process. Nukkad has only recovered from one litigation exercise and I’m
sure no list member is in a mood for more. So please, I request you desist from such
public accusations on the list. If you have any such concerns do inform the Police
after doing necessary investigations but bear in mind that if things go wrong you
and you alone will be liable for your actions.
