By now you might be aware that I’m no great fan of
Mubashir aka MN aka LF aka FK and I have always been
highly critical of his language especially the
vocabulary as well as his leanings. But that in no way
gives me liberty to brand him a terrorist either 
directly or in an indirect manner simply because to
the best of my knowledge there are no police cases
against him and no way can I substantiate my claim
anywhere.

Hey, netgeek, u missed the whole point here, first of
all I didn't want to brand him personally as
terrorist.....the point was that this is the face of
today's terrorists....they will get themselves so much
well couldrumed in our civilized n cultured society
under the disguise of the innocent face that it
becomes practically very very difficult for us to come
to know their real self n by the time we come to know
their real self they had caused a very heavy damage to
us...look at his postings...under the so called n well
disguised civilized n educated n innocent face...by
now I hope u r well aware how much disgusting n cruel
creature resides...that was the whole point...n the
damage done by him to our list countless...we lost
well researched n well versed stock market postings by
Vishwas.....we lost down to earth n proof-full
political n social issues' statements by Ninad....we
lost technically sound scientific postings by
Abhi.....we lost critical comments by
Mihir....etc....this is indeed a huge damage...

well aware of the facts that we don't talk without
proof (here we means me n vishwas n ninad n abhi n
mihir etc. etc....)

I believe the same is applicable to you as well. 
Don’t construe this to be my support for his actions.
The aspect of my concern is the fact that MN aka
Mubashir can easily use your posting in a court of law
and sue you for defamation.

If this is a warning then thanks...we will take this
seriously, but if this is threatening, then we r ready
for a fight....let us hear from u or him or any of his
supporters...we will show up on their territory!!!

In such an event the list also will be somehow dragged
into a dreary legal process. Nukkad has only recovered
from one litigation exercise and I’m sure no list
member is in a mood for more. So please, I request you
desist from such public accusations on the list.

Your request will definitely be taken into serious
consideration n if found sound then definitely be
implemented....
