[nukkad] Bully semantics

If there is a bully in your life, best identify and defeat them. If
you don't they will in one manner or other make your life difficult.

The bully is much like an energy vampire. He or she will, in one interaction
or the other, draw your energy, be this mental, or artistic, or 
intellectual,
or spiritual.

Apart from loud talk and bluster, the bully has no substance. Inherently
cowardly, they are devoid of original ideas, aptitudes and talent.

First step is to identify them. Often they are allowed to exist by collusion
of the larger group. This can be a family, classmates, coworkers, even
those populating a forum, or a group, or a team.

The most obvious ones are crude and noisy and easily seen. Others are
silent and sinister and do their work by stealth.

Often you find them in a priestly robe, a teacher's garb, in a manager's
suit, in a judge's gown.

This is critical. A bully cannot bear exposure. Make them obvious, and
they are done for.

If you defeat one bully, you will have set free a dozen people who have
been under their thrall for years on end.
