I have been using Maxtouch mobile phnoe. Maxtouch sends a summary of bill at 
the end of billing cycle. One can not really check the validity and 
correctness of bill since for sending a detailed bill, Maxtouch would charge 
addtional Rs. 100/-.

My observation is as follows:

Can a service provider charge separately for the BILL also? Any other 
product or service we purchase, is it not mandatory by Sale of Goods Act to 
provide bill without any additional cost?

Pl. guide me. I am planning to write Maxtouch. However, if you share the 
same view, we will write jointly.
