I think that this is a very unfortunate & sad decision taken by USA judge. I
think that all those people won, who don't have that much excellence as
Microsoft has. They were jealous about the progress of Microsoft, a company
which has proven it's track record by beating analysts in all 38 quarters in
a row due to it's excellent management, consistently improving performance &
leadership due to shear intellectuality & knowledge of their business. In
business it's fare to beat you competitor by improving your product's
quality & reducing it's cost, simultaneously not sacrificing the services
given by the product. If you happen to see a good product than your product
in a market then naturally you will tend to bye that. I think that the case
under consideration exactly this had happened, but the LAWERS OF USA
GOVERNMENT made this as an issue of market dominance by unfair means. I
don't think that in business IT'S AN UNFAIR PRACTICE TO GROW BY MERGERS &
ACQUISITIONS. You are there in the business, so either you have to outcast
your competitor or you will get out of the business. Whatever Microsoft had
done to expand it's base in the core market of computer operating systems,
selling it's WINDOWS O/S along with it's INTERNET EXPLORER, I think that was
a fair market strategy adopted for GROWTN & MONOPOLY in the market share.
