      I read about this a couple of years ago. Have no idea if it's real
or just
a hoax. Anyway, check out the link below, it has more info on this (and 
other proposed "world's tallest" buildings).

The organization that is supposedly building this is the
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Universities or some such thing.
