Yes,in any day and any age where people don't fear the law,this makes sense.

purpose:Fear of the law is created.Fear of the law is very important.Not everything in a socety can be implemented by public service advertising,persuasion and social propaganda.

Yes,I support it ,as long as the law is not feared by the people.

The law of the land should be a terror for the the law-breaker
