I wonder how it feels to lose such incomprehensible amounts. The catch
is that they never had the money, it was all on paper. Does it make
a difference if your net worth is reduced by a few billion while
still leaving you with enough to enjoy a lifestyle most can only
dream of? The people working for these companies, the people who
took salary cuts in exchange for stock options are the ones most
directly affected by all this. The CEO now has 500 million $ instead of
3 billion. Big deal!

BTW, a new documentary called startup.com traces the birth, success and
the downfall of new media company govWorks.com. I have read many good 
reviews about this movie and plan to see it. It is currently playing
