DEATH BY PENALTY - A SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING

Death by penalty - having life cease before it's given time.

Death is a natural state caused by the mind, mana of Hindu dharma, ruh of
Moslem, Vohu Mana of Zoroastrians. It causes life because it sends this
message to the flesh and heart, and when it decides to, on the spur of a
moment, to say the time has come to die, it causes death.

When such a death has occurred, it has set into motion the chain of events
which will cause rebirth at the right time, with the right family, by the
right paternal sperm, in the right maternal ovum, in the right place in the
right time in the right circumstances. So will be born a prince to a queen,
a beggar to a wandering women, a waif to a prostitute. Such a birth will
take place in a public toilet, or in a kingly chamber, in a church nave, in
the back of a taxi, in a plane or train or hearse.

Death by penalty will not be like this nor end up in rebirth in this manner.
Here the mind will stand against the death and will till the last proclaim
life to all the members, to the flesj and heart, and to the soul. The victim
will have suffered a cessation of vitality in limbs, but the mind will be
very much alive, giving a final desperate message to all that is vital
within that life still continues.

By this token, rebirth will never happen because classical death never
happened, the dead man or woman is still alive.

What happens to the suspended karma of the victim? It must rest in a living
matrix, so it simply jumps and latches on to the karmic matrix of those most
intimately concerned with causing the death, such as the judge, prosecutor,
jury, and by belated connection, those who have thought most spiritedly of
the murder, such as the original murdered victim's relatives, friends,
people at large, politicians, publicans. Karma is much like energy and will
not be reduced, but will fill itself at any corpus which invites it with
obsession, preoccupation, much like lightening in an overloaded sky will
jump to the nearest inviting object.

In this manner, justice may have been done, only at the cost gross injustice
in karmic, mana-ruh terms, which after all are paramount. Such a great
mix-up ensues as will vitiate those left behind for lifetimes on end. The
way to sudden death by suicide, depression, alcoholism, rage, mass murder
and mayhem and dysfunction in social and familial structure will have
opened, in time to pervade to the whole society at large.

In this sense if someone decides to cause someone else to die by a law
written by men, death will ensue, but so will a vicarious reflex punishment
read by a more silent law, in the ante-chamber of the heart, by the light of
an undead soul.

So kill if you will. Or stay your hand. It's your choice and your karma.
