INFANTICIDE INDIA

India does not like it's women or is very threatened by them so it kills a
lot of them when they are girls. CNN reports 5 million girls killed
[afternoon broadcast June 24 2001] when they were fetuses, but other
estimates are more near the logical figure of 10,000,000. Some stats:

Total girls killed every year - 10,000,000
Total girls killed every month - 833,333
Total girls killed every day = 27,778
Total girls killed EVERY HOUR = 1,157
Total girls killed EVERY MINUTE = 20
Total girls killed EVERY THREE SECONDS = 1

In the time it took to compose and collate this, an hour - 1,157 girls were
killed.
In the time it took you to read this, about 5 minuets - 100 girls were
killed.

Something is very sick somewhere.
