I would very gently like to suggest that:
1: Vishwas may reflect on his words reproduced below:

understand why did u use that word here, anyway I

I will pray to the mighty lord to give u some
intelligence so that in the future u will be able to
implement some e-mail etiquette.

2. If he feels he should not have used those words, he may retract the same.
3. If he is unable to visualise the offensive nature of his words, Harshal
may simply ignore these words and proceed with life as usual.

    I am writing the above because such incidents tend to initiate a mud
slinging match with hardened positions and none is benefitted.
