[nukkad] Credit card use in India

I am trying to find out some information about credit cards and their
use in India. 

I am assuming that all 'nukkad' members (in India) have credit cards.
If this is wrong, please let me know.

What I don't know is how many people have international credit cards.
Do you have one? Have you used it or would you use it to make a 
purchase in a foreign currency (mainly US $)? And what percentage of 
the credit card users have cards that allow them to purchase in US dollars?

interest, I can post a summary of the responses to the list in
