THE ART OF TOUCHING FOR THE MARRIED

More good can be done for the health of a marriage by a few
random kisses and a dozen caresses than by any other means.

Women thrive on hugs, especially when they will not lead to 
the bedroom. They like to be held, and need the gentle, repeat
gentle touch, to feel secure.

Men, who have been seldom so caressed or held gently when
children, are mainly inept at this art. In fact in many a culture
this is seen to be a "sissy' sort of thing to do.

These kisses, offered by the man, are meant for the cheek, arm, 
shoulder, nape of neck, neck, hands, and when the man is ready 
for danger, on the breast.

The touching is a light, almost playful caress, gentle, at times 
just felt. The places are as varied as the mood, and can be the
forearm, arm, cheek, tresses, hands, and when one is ready
for uncertain outcomes, the lips.

This touch and kiss reassures a woman she is not seen as a 
sex object alone.

The gentle touch and kiss, when she has sen that these are
sincere and real, will allow her to open up and share things
which she never may after 50 years of marriage.

When a woman thus opens herself up, she will stay by the
side come what may.

Which alone is worth waiting for, for a lifetime.
