Tip of the day: 'The law is an ass' - Charles Dickens, Oliver Twist
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Rawat

>>>First part is an absolute wonder to read. What a
concept. A person had forgotten his past. He is coming
back to remember in bits and pieces and knows about
himself more by his reflexes. then he finds that he is
an hired international killer. was he wasn't he, and
if not who was he.

I have read Bourne Identity, but not the other two.
Incidentally there is a Tamil novel by Vasanthi, the
Malayalam transalation of which I have read titled
"Innale" (meaning yesterday. Also the tile is
Malayalam not sure what the original Tamil title is)
with a similar story line. A woman meets with an
accident and looses all her past memories. She is
taken home by her doctor who gives her a new name and
identity. The doctor's son fall in love with her
leading to their marriage being fixed. The twist
happens when a gentleman based abroad arrives in town
in search of information about his wife who is missing
since an accident. The doctor realises that the woman
he is searching for is none other than his son's
fiancee. The rest of the novel deals with how the
matter is sorted.

Phew!! What a coincidence. Also there was another
Ludlum novel which deals with a man planning to kidnap
Pope so that he can extract a huge ransom from the
Catholic community worldwide. Forgot the title.
Neverthless interesting.
