notice. I missed it all when
it happened. Hence this delayed response.

I am sure Guptaji meant well in sending the Legal Notice to 
Harshal. In his anguish, he probably felt that sermons to the 
'extremists' will not serve any purpose. He himself had to resort 
to the 'extreme' action of a Legal Notice to make the Nukkies sit 
up and notice the state of affairs in Nukkad.

Good intentions apart, I am not sure that Guptaji is on firm legal 
ground when he accused that Harshal's refusal to moderate the list 
amounted to abetting anti-nationalism."

Venugopal's postings are rare but brilliant. He has summarised the 
past weeks' happenings in a very succinct manner and analysed the 
legal aspects in a convincing manner. Wish more and more postings 
are like that.
