  i hardly take anything at face value.
when i see something like this i do a google search.
-though this subject is right down my alley.
but i did search to give you the links,
it is a credit to google that they put a very relevant important link first.

I checked with two cardiologists . one said coughing as suggested helps.
The other doctor is more sceptical.
doctors are too busy to keep up with times.~

The American Heart Association suggests :
