Such greedy Indians exist and would (for monetay favours)even blame their 
sister being raped because:

 - the pantyline was visible
 - bra impression seen
 - her accidental upskirt seduced someone
 - she walked alone.

Even if everything said about Indian students is true, they should be cautioned 
and educated instead of bashed.  This is not a barbaric society.

I live in Australia and can attest that Indians settled here (from India, Fiji, 
etc.) are too materialistic to even care about sufferings of others unless they 
get some benefit.  Their general rationale is that they went through the same 
while trying to master the local accent and etiquette.

And the next generation Indians born overseas are worse than the goons back in 
India.
