Your next line should be 'You are really looking nice today', even if she is
not.

She will either say 'Really, I got it from blah blah blah' or just
'Thanks'.(depending on how talkative she is)

Next line 'Where are you going ?'
Wherever she is going you should say, 'I am going there too' (except if she
is going to the loo) and ask for "the pleasure of her company"

Then you can walk along with her to wherever she is going and keep up the
conversation

Make sure you make her laugh a lot and she takes a liking to you.

After you get to this stage send me a mail, I will tell you the rest
