What I wrote was a bare and ugly truth.

It was exigent that someone on the list should try to
bring in a balance about the thinking towards woman
which has always been tilting towards woman in an
unhealthy,unrealistic and impractical way.

I've friends who are highly qualified and in the best
jobs...they would think umpteenth number of times
before they marry a professional girl..They feel that
wont be able to entertain her whims and fancies....few
experiences of others have taught them this
lesson..and if that girl had graduated from a city
other than her hometown,she hardly stands a chance for
even to be considered by them...They dont want to make
their lives hell and to lose their peace of
mind...They are simple guys with values.

It is sad....because of what they have heard,seen and
experienced their trust in modern women is gone.

The question was:Is woman really better than  man?It
was not "is woman good or bad?".

Again I say - i dont have any negative feelings
towards woman.

Why do we say that a woman knows love better than a
man?Its her forte.

I fail to understand it. 

The soldier who lays down his life in a war for the
cause and love of nation...has he not proved that he
knows love and feelings?He knows that he has a non
professional wife who wont be find life easy after he
his gone..and kids who are yet to complete schooling
and all what they would be getting as his reward for
love for the country would be merely few lac
rupees...he has thought about all this much before and
 number of times before that day comes...still he
sacrifices himself for the cause of the country...for
us...is it not love?or has the love to be for another
gland only?

A man who has never wept in his life,might break into
tears when it comes to life of his daughter...

A man who who would cut the expenses on himself ..he
wont mind walking a few kilometers or denying the
luxury of travelling in taxi and  going in crowded
buses for years and years altogether so that he could
save towards the cause of his daughter's marriage...is
he not proving that he knows love?

Dont these examples prove that these men're infinitely
better than those lusty,treacherous and good for
nothing women...  

Love is not the forte of a specific gender....It just
depends upon individuals...how happy one would be to
see his/her partner happy... 

To tell the reality - For most of the people love
isn't the top priority in their lives...be it a woman
or man...People want comfortable life...a bit of
everything..love,career,money,fun...

When someone makes a blanket statement like "woman
knows love better than man does" or "feelings are the
forte of woman"...it doesn't sound convincing..these
statements might gratify few women but there is
nothing more to it...
