two problems with that story Sai.
Usually the motorman is relieved of duties for a few days to recover.
Counselling though is a scourge of the US not India. I agree its a
good thing but I think its overdone.
I am sure you are eligible for counselling if you kick a dog that attacks you.
On the second point, if you are killed by a suburban train, you are in
actual fact trespassing. And the railway police will not release the
body unless the fine for trespassing has been paid.
