Dear Shaurya,

No toolbar or any other bar is visible at all in the word screen, so the
above cannot be done. A few icons [cut, paste, etc.] were missing on the IE
screen and there these could be added by clicking view>toolbar>customize,
but there was no format button there. Also, these few features added do not
appear on a  word screen.

Any thoughts?
