Re: [nukkad] 'why' of the illusion

I am curious to learn of the reality behind this optical
illusion...specially this one, the one I have sent to nukkad...gmail
account.

How does this happen...medically or technically, please.

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, you will only see
one color, pink.

If you stare at the the black + in the center, the moving dot turns to
green.

Now, concentrate on the black + in the center of the picture. After a
short period of time, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will
only see a green dot rotating.

It's amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot, and the pink
ones really don't disappear. This should be proof enough, we don't always
see what we think we see.

The best idea will be to sit a term in college physics classroom,
to know the difference between colour and pigment, positive
and negative colour effects in a photographic film and merrily
receive a few years' discount in age.
Haven't been to gmail account to relate full explanation, especially
for the phenomenon described last. But am more or less sure the
black + is a shade of grey if the combo produced is a
spectacular green, or else with black it will generate dirty green
effect.

And this comes after a physics lecture, sitting in Ruia college
canteen jiggling with .................................................

For miserable Ravi and Sai, Khalsa college has separate
canteens for boys and girls ............ pity, pity, pity..
