Dear Friends
 
First of all I would like to thank you all for wishing success and guidance
for a Blood Donation Camp at Bet-Dwarka, an Island 04 km distance from Okha
Town, Dwarka Taluka, Dist Jamnagar, Gujarat.
 
The Blood donation was organised by YUVASHAKTI, with the help of Shri Bet
Devasthan Samiti and Shri Dwarkadhish Charitable Trust.
 
The demography of Bet-Dwarka is such at 80% of the population are muslim,
rest Hindoos.  Although, I was very much overwhelmed by the response from
the minority community.  We received blood from 114 blood donors (114
units), half of it came from minirities.
 
First time ever I felt, that I should correct my perception of minority
community at least of Bet-Dwarka.  It was a great feeling for me seeing
muslims lining up to donate blood for the sake of the community.  I observed
a definite positive change in the mindset of the muslim leaders as well a
layman of the community.
 
I feel this is the transition period, they are struggling to come into the
mainstream and they are more than successful in doing so.  And what we are
doing, Shocked....a big NOOO.  We are not just mere observer, but we are
extending our hands to them, and with a great appreciation and gratitude,
with open heart welcoming them to claim their share of duties towards our
communtiy and our holy motherland.  I am not a quite highly literate man
like the honoured Dr MC Guptasaheb or Dr Tahersabhe, am finding difficulty
putting my experience in words.
 
We are very happy that such things are taking place, the incidence is very
small, may not be remarkable to the outer world, but this will create a
definite impact for the development of Modern, Wealthier and Stronger
Hindusthan.  
 
And let me put two words to it, sh Narendra Modi, CM, Gujarat will be very
happy to learn this.
