I second the first mail. Mean is very large hearted. I can say this on the
strength of my personal meeting with him. I agree he is a genius. As a
doctor myself, I must say it is no mean achievement to win an international
prize in IT, to receive which he was invited  to Seattle.

Talking of open thanks, I cannot but publicly and profusely express my
indebtedness to Pravin Bhai. I met him in Pune on 27th. For the first time.
And, I was indebted to him in that meeting in more ways than one. He brought
for me sweets and pharsaan / namkeen; a red rose; and, imagine, a grey
woolen shawl as a gift. Overwhelmed as I was, it was a difficult decision to
accept and keep that invaluable shawl. Doing otherwise would have hurt his
feelings.

Pravin ji, here is a poem about memories of a red shawl, written 5 years
ago. I know that you are a connoseur of poetry. hence this poetical gift to
you.
