[nukkad] quack doctors in Dwarka Taluka, Gujarat

Dear Guptasaheb, Namaskar

Few days back we had served notice to District Health Officer, Jamnagar
to take legal action against quack doctors.  He along with 40 members
consisting of 8 eight teams raided Dwarka, Varvala, Surajkaradi, Aramda
and got hold of 10 bogus doctors, and handed over to police.

During the raid, some 30 quack doctors have escaped and now have
restarted their practice.  We approached Okha Police Station, and
requested them to take appropriate action, but they expressed inability
do so, saying it does not come under their purview and only District
Health Office can lodge complaint agaist quack doctors..

Sir, I intend to launch complaint along with the names of doctors to the
Okha Police, I have been in touch with the PA of Sh Jaynarayan Vyas,
Minister-H&FW.

Kindly guide, as can police initiate any action, if registered by
publice under IPC.
