Stick to the known names Carola, more things happen at the cheaper hotels
that are not very pleasant.
The Institute of catering and Hotel management at Prabhadevi also do a nice
line in hotel accommodation. Its not downtown nor is it in the suburbs and
is clean and cheap. I could give you the name of someone who is either the
Princiapl or the number 2 and his e-mail id.
He used to be a neighbour/classmate and friend.
Let me know. Downtown the YWCA/YMCA is the best. The YMCA is fairly close to
Dr Taher's house and he is a good host he fed me lunch!
