That's what I meant. The high intellectual gentry of WB like that of Tamil
Nadu has
stupendous brain power. Where Kerala scores, hands down at that, is at the
general mass
level. No state has attained such level of general information as has
Kerala. I would
place a 12 th grade high schooled boy of Kerala as better informed than a
graduate
of Gujarat and post-graduate of Rajasthan, Orissa.
The most unfortunate part is this general info level is mostly spent away in
unproductive
discussions like politics, domestic, national and international while
production of a pin
awaits it's turn.
