Sharia law is certainly a defined ststem of law. And, yes, her name was Mukhtaran Mai. I think her case was taken up by an international NGO. Probably she even visited abroad in this connection. Musharraf famously said something as follows regarding such incidents: Pakistani women come up with rape charges to attract foreign media in an attempt to get asylum / residence there. BTW, what is IRR?
