Have you tried filing an application under the Right
To Information Act? The state of Gujarat is in the
fore front in this field and had produced amazing
results in the state. It cost just Rs.10/- to file an
application.

So go ahead and file one with the Public Information
Officer of the Okha Police Station. Ask them on what
action they have taken, reason for not accepting your
complain etc.
