   If we compare the situation as it stands today with the one prevailing at
the time of
   departure of the British,  much progress is noticeable. It will fall
short of expectations
   only when we compare our performance with other better performing
countries. To
   overcome age old problems we need time, in my opinion two more
generations have
   to turn over, effective today, and we have made up for the time lost. We
will meet in
   2058 in a coffee shop entering with a loud bang ..... We have done it
.....................
