Thanks for making my Day Guptaji. What started of as a promising mail slowly
degenerated into one of those typical rants that we are by now used to and the
article in question at writing.com was the topping on the icecream. Titled:

USA AND GENDER DISCRIMINATION IN ISLAM—

Suggesting that USA is responsible for Islam's woes. With adults all around, no
one can ever be responsible for anyone's woes. Once you get that concept in
mind your mission on earth would be complete.

Further Quote:
>To dispel any doubts, let me state that I am no Muslim, nor their ardent
>admirer. By those credentials, I >am probably able to have an impartial view
>of things. :

We all know how much of a Joke this line is. Impartial view of all things
western!!!

The rest of the article doesn't merit discussion as it is so warped in its
thinking. But the bottom line is the same. Was Islam more fair to women when
USA did not even exist as a country? I am sure even you with your writing
skills would find it tough to blame the woes of Islam on Uncle Sam in that era.
Though you HAVE laid the foundation by starting to blame christianity.

If one of my classmates in school would have written this I would have said
only one sentence. "GROW UP."

And just in passing as a last question ... who do YOU blame for whatever
problems that may/or previously existed in your lifetime?

Ultimate maturity "I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my Soul" ...
I never before had appreciated the greatness of this line. Thanks for making my
understand it more than ever before.
