beyond belief how come the world's technologically most advanced country
churns out such poor harvest of graduates
  at mass level. Arabs, Iranians, Turks, Pakistanis provide sufficient
sample to gauge the
  level of high commercialization of university education there. Appears
that paying fees is
  what matters.
