sir, it was just a straight answer to a straight question.don't get me wrong. I have no hostility to these people. just sympathy.
seed is only an analogy for better understanding. put "man" there and it is still relevant.
if it will clear matters:
weak seed + bad land = low production
healthy seed+ bad land=average production
weak seed +good land=average production.
healthy seed+ good land =good production.
choice is ours.what does our nation need? with limited resources what is in the best interest of the nation?
every one has his own strengths.if we work in tune with that we will be successful.if we aspire for some thing that is not our strong point, we may be frustrated.at the same time we may be denying someone more fit for that the chance, and frustrate him! having toured villages,I have only seen quite a number of youth who have been "educated" and now jobless, roaming around, falling prey to politics and bad elements. they won't go back to their traditional jobs since it is beneath their dignity!
after giving due consideration we keep up reservations the outcome will be less than satisfactory.are we ready to accept this and not crib about how bad our country is?
politicians have their own vote bank compulsions and will never dare touch the reservations!nation's interest is least in their mind.
my idea is open special schools for these people and give a lot of scholarships TIED TO PERFORMANCE! evaluate what their capability is and let them go in that direction competing with all.
