I am fed up with spam/junk mails. I am on several mailing lists relating 
to India. My strategy is to accept mails as follows:

   * If sender is in my address book.
   * If message is sent to the mailing list that I have subscribed.
   * The body of message has my first name i.e. *kailash* or surname
     *srivastava* or any other pass code that I decide.
   * The message is in reply to my email.    * Delete/reject all other 
mails.

This is what I want to for my public email address. Is there any web 
based service that allows me to do above and also have facility for POP 
or IMAP or forwarding? I have been doing so before with operamail.com 
and mailandnews.com. Both of these services in their new avatar does not 
have this facility.

I am told unix can easily do. Any further suggestions!
