[nukkad] Is this OK?

Is this OK?
Due to the recent religious riots the contracts worth 490 million 
UK pounds from the British government n big corporations in 
Britain went to Tamilnadu. Britain had asked for the bids 
Tamilnadu was one of the bidders along with Gujrat. n since there 
is a very strong
Gujarati lobby in London, Gujrat was the the first priority for 
the Birtain but In the open house discussion about the projects to 
be awarded, the representatives from the Tamilnadu government 
quoted "GUJRAT AS A RIOTS TORN STATE", n so they got the big 
projects.
One more thing is worth noticing here n that is the 
representatives of TN govt., failed to prove that TN is a safe 
heaven for British investment, they also failed to gurantee a 
penalty amount to the British govt. if they fail to execte the 
projects within the deadline, but since there was no other viable 
alternative available to the British govt. n since they 
"PROJECTED" Gujrat as  "RIOTS TORN STATE", they got the 
projects.
Eventhough they got the projects but they failed to exhibit the 
unity n integrity of our nation. It's understandable that so as to 
attract the foreign investment in the state, the  representativs 
of TN Govt did this. but they miserably failed in exhibiting the 
India as a nation there.
Is this OK?
