1. If you know someone who might be interested in joining 'nukkad',
go ahead and ask them to join. They can join the list through
http://www.mumbai-central.com/nukkad/#join

Be sure to give them a good idea of what the list is like and
what to expect so that they have a realistic idea of what they
are getting into.


2. Please use meaningful subjects. 'Help' or 'Question' doesn't
help.


3. Please edit your replies to delete the original message. All
of us have read the message and know what it is referring to. If
you are countering or supporting specific parts of the message,
include only those parts. Including the entire message serves
no purpose. 


4. Before starting a survey or something that could result in dozens
or hundreds of replies, please check with me. In almost all cases, 
there is no problem. In fact, I may be able to help you by creating 
a web-based poll or something similar.


5. HTML or other formatted email will not be processed. However, you
will be notified why this is so and so will be able to resend a 
plain-text version of your email.


6. Please try to keep personal replies - like 'Thanks' or 'That was good' -
off the list and on personal email.
