Sad to know about people spoiling your party @ Starters & more... 

it reminded me of a mail... I read sometime back here at Nukkad
itself...

Where an Indian Company sent a communiqué in English to its German
client/subsidiary... and it was sent back with a note to continue the
correspondence in Hindi or any other Indigenous Language... so as the
story continued... the Germans sent their correspondence in German which
was translated to English/Hindi here and the message sent from here in
Hindi was translated to German there by an translator...

It makes one sit up and think are we really who we think we are? 


Sometimes when I go to NCPA (on driver duty to Mom), I amazed to see
more foreigners talking about Indian Music than Indians... luckily or
unluckily and what has been Indians Contribution to Indian Music in
India? Have we produced contemporaries comparable to our glorious
past... I have lot of LP's mostly 75rpm one from an era long
forgotten... 

It pains to see sometimes when people use tunes from folk & rural India
and put their own label and sell it to the world... and mind you it's
not Anu Malik who heads the list but the so called stalwarts of India
Classical, Folk music...

Well got to move now...
