I guess this problem of not having the name in the From field is because while configuring the mail account with the wizard it asks for display name and people type in the email id. actually this can be any pet name(like Babu), or short id you are known by like (SR) or just your name.

Islam is fundamentalist in character and does not allow any reinterpretation or modification as such.therefore it has not been possible for  any Muslim with different views to speak up against any views of Islam that he considers unjust.if anyone does, he invites immediate ex communion or in some places even threat to his life. that is the reason why the Muslim community is in the firm grip of fanatics almost every where.and that is why the entire world is against Islam.

the politicians do not dare encourage the people with different views as they think their vote bank will be affected.

take the history of congress of pre independence era.  Jinna was a congress leader,a Muslim with a modern out look, in fact least Islamic in his out look.He was the kind of modern Muslim leader one would have desired to have.but Gandhi preferred the Ali brothers to Jinna. when Jinna felt he was being sidelined because of his modern views he changed tack.he became a " rabid Muslim" and was rewarded.he became the Muslim league leader and congress could not do any thing to displease him!

the Muslim youth must come forward to contemplate and question their ideology; and stand up for what they consider is right. unless the grip of the "religious leaders" is undone Muslims can not progress as a society.
