Tip of the day: Forgive your enemies, it drives them really nuts.

When Umer conquered Persia in the heyday of new founded Islam, it
was a matter of time before Zoroastrian culture stood vanquished.
The Arabs made no attempt to integrate, and began converting right and
left. Most were and they are the Iranis of today. Some did not, and stayed
as "Gha'br", while some did not relish slavery and entered a state of
exodus.
Some scattered and settled in far Cheen, Mongolia to the east. Some
trekked to the west and made the Ruhr and Elbe valleys their home,
and some, after an incredible 200 years on the road, went east-north east
to what is now Afghanistan, settling in Bamiyan, and farther to the north
in Tajikistan, literally Land of the Crown.
Some migrated southward through Khybar and Bolan passes, called
by other names then, came to ride the Sindhu on the sailboats in
use to this day. Reaching the Delta [now Karachi to Son Miani,
where troops are apposed from both nations, extending to Bhuj],
set sail, landing in Sanjan, post of lands Jadav Rana ruled.
In time, all other migrations served to have the refugees lose
their dharma and become integrated.
That was 1390 years ago. To this day, not one Zarathushti, Parsi,
who was part of the migration which came to Hind, has been
molested or hurt on communal grounds. Not one Fire
Temple has been inflicted sacrilege upon. Not once, think of
this, in all these centuries, has one Parsi felt any prejudice because
of the faith he or she practices.
This unparalleled feat has been possible only because of the
Hindu heart in Hindu breast on Hindu soil.
And this is so not only in the original Gujerat, but also in
Maharashtra, far Karnata, Bhopal, Hyderabad to the dakkhan,
Delhi, Agra, Assam, to even Bhutan and Sikkim.
Something in the Hindi psyche does not harass on communal
or religious grounds. Nor does it run riot on minorities.

I have lived to see that heritage granted by Shri Jadava taken away
by the grandchildren of Umer when the land broke in '47.
And, a sadly life mine, again and again the same, in many parts
of the world, by other "zalims".
I do not know when will I ever return home, or any home waits
for me to return to it.
But at least, the perfume of freedom structured in my bones born
of scores of ancestors living an unrestricted life on the soil of
Hind reminds me, when the evening darkens, and cold rain sleets
the window pane, of Jadav's Call:
Jao, jiyo, aj se na kaho, "ham be-ghar",
Phulo Hind dharti par, har dam nir-dar.
Arya.
