WHAT IS IT ABOUT MADHURI?

In receiving her award ta a recent Filmfare event, Madhuri
commented "Thank you for this award. This tells my detractors
I am still in the running."

Everyone knows the stars are viciously at each other's backs
where roles and fame are concerned.

But is there something about Madhuri which invokes a 
special ire?

I have yet to see a more gifted and versatile contemporary
artist.

What makes people love a star beyond reason? Or hate her
so senselessly?
